We have been to both
Disneyland (3-4 times) and DisneySea (2-3 times) in Japan.
I would reccomend DisneySea, simply because it is much different than any of the other parks here in North America. The rides are new and interesting, and the food is great. Each time we go back we go there for a couple of days.
The airport is no problem... almost all will speak English and like mentioned, the signs are in Japanese and English (most).
Depending on where you are staying, taking either one of the Express trains or limosine bus would be best. If youare stying in the nothern part of Tokyo then maybe the Kesei line would be best, but if you are staying in the Central or southern part of Tokyo the JR lines are best. However, the limosine bus may go directly to your hotel, but the bus will be longer (traffic) and not as comfortable.
May I ask how long you are going for?
I do not want to pry, but I lived in the Tokyo area for a few years and my family goes back yearly for a few weeks a year, thus if you have any questions I may be able to help and provide some suggestions.
If you ahve any questions, either reply to this or PM me...
Good luck... you'll love it.
Todd
