Use Priceline for your hotels (unless you are picky about WHERE you will be located).

Eat Breakfast in your room or at your hotels contential breakfast (if available).

If you plan on a sit down meal, do it at lunch its cheaper.

Do not purchase everything you see. Look around and find the one or two things you just can not live without. Remember to take a few notes on where you saw what, so you don't forget. Also World of Disney in Downtown Disney will have the best selection of a variety of things.

I hadn't even thought about eating out for lunch instead of dinner! What a good tip.
I was just planning on bringing sack lunches into the park, but now lunch out and dinner back at the hotel sounds much easier and cheaper.

Oh and I wanted to tell you that I tried priceline but hotwire actually bet priceline. ( which almost never happens)
I got the room for $26 a night plus free breakfast. BTW I bid up to $25 on priceline but gave up because of the free breakfast that hotwires hotel offered.
