DisneyLunaTics, make sure you copy/use the code that uses the square brackets, like these [ ] ... I use tickerfactory.com because that's what other people are using here on the DIS and it seems to be quick and easy. Good luck! :thumbsup2

We arrive on the night of the 17th and check out the afternoon of the 27th.

This is our First Christmas at Disney. We are bringing our 3 children, and my Best Friend's 15 yr old DD.

We're staying at Pop.

We have meals planned for each day. Christmas day we have Breakfast at Kona, then lunch at the Plaza and Dinner at Crystal Palace. We plan to spend the day at MK so we booked a lunch so we could take a break from the madness without leaving the park. We also plan to do MK before this day so that on Christmas day we aren't feeling that we just have to ride all the rides. If they are busy we will just check out other things, do some shopping, stroll around, visit some characters.

We also agreed that if it's too crazy at MK we will leave and go to another park. If we do that we will just cancel our meals and do counter service or try to do a walk up. I want to be flexible in case MK is a mad house and stresses us out. The whole point is to have a fun relaxing day. So if it's bad we will head out !

Christmas eve we are going to Epcot and having a late lunch at Coral Reef before the Candlelight Progressional show. Since we have a breakfast the next day we plan to head back to the resort earlier than normal so that we can get some sleep. And get some gifts ready for the kids for the morning lol

We (me,wife, son, daughter) are going the day after Christmas. Most of our vacation in Florida will be with brother-in-law on East Coast, but we decided to take three days and go to WDW. We'll be checking into the Poly on the 26th, and checking out the 29th, and going back to B-I-L place for a couple days.

Since I was a boy, I spent every Christmas in Florida at grandparents until getting married. My wife has never seen Disney at Christmas. This was her idea to go to WDW at Christmas. I love how WDW is decorated for the season. We are going mostly for the resort, swimming, and relaxing, and mixing in seeing some of a few parks during the day & evening.

Brother-in-Law thought we are crazy for spending the money to stay IN Disney, but we wanted to experience the Experience, and felt that since we hadn't had a vacation in three years, we wanted to treat ourselves.

We'll be there 12/27-1/3. We'll be flying by the seat of our pants!! Only firm plans are dinner at O'Hana and breakfast at Crystal Palace (not my favorite but the only one available) Looking forward to NYE somewhere!! Any sugg<a href="http://www.TickerFactory.com/">

Hello,
Could someone plz offer some advice for us. We are trying to decide when the best time to go would be for us. Our choice is Dec12-16 or Jan 17-21. Im most concerned about crowds, not really holiday decor. My daughter is in a manual wheel-chair so navigating around crowds is sometimes frustrating for her. Anyone to offer advice we sure would appreciate it.

the week after thaksgiving is good so is the week bfr xmas:cool1:

We drive down from Ohio the day after Christmas and then check-in to the All-Star Music on Dec. 27-Jan. 4. This will be our 4th time coming during this busy week but we love it. We do avoid the parks on New Year's Eve. We go and eat dinner at the Whispering Canyon that night. It is also a special time of the year for us since our wedding anniversary is Dec. 28. This will be our 5th wedding anniversary this year and we usually spend it going to Epcot and going to the Candlelight Processional. I just can't wait!

We will be there Dec 22-29 staying at ASMo. We are a large family group of 24. We did this in 2001 and it was great even with the crowds, you just have to plan carefully. On Christmas Eve we will be at MK and have ADR's at Crystal Palace for dinner. Christmas Day we will be at MGM and have ADR's at Mama Melrose for dinner. Italian is not traditional christmas food, but we will be doing that on Christmas Eve and anyway its a vacation and you don't have to stick to tradition!:santa:

When do you check in/out?:santa:
:santa: Where are you staying? Why?
What will you do Christmas Eve / Day?:santa:
:santa: Where will you Dine on Christmas Day?

Check in Dec 22 check out Dec26.

Staying MK view at the GF
Christmas Eve and Day, just be with my DH in the parks
eating at Narcoossee's for dinner.

I have never been on christmas, but right after Thanksgiving. My dad suddenly and unexpectedly passed away in April of this year, and I always made sure holidays were special for him, and DH said we should go to Disney to lift my spirits. That way, it wont be as lonely without him for our first christmas alone. :sad1:

Thats why we are going. :santa:

We'll be there and can't wait. We were there xmas wk. in 06 and it was very exciting.

:santa:

We're going 21st-29th.
We're staying at the All Star Sports, because it was cheaper to get the joint rooms instead of a family suite for four people.
I believe we're going to the parks on christmas eve and day, but early in the morning, we might tour some of the hotels and see the decor.
We're dining at Jiko's on Christmas eve, and Cape May on Christmas day.

This will be our 1st Christmas :santa: at the World and I am VERY Excited but VERY nervous :scared: ...I hope we are able to tune out the crowds and just enjoy the thrill of Disney & Family....There will be 16 of us total  ...all DH's side of the family so I will be truly missing my Dad and Brothers/Sister :sad1:

We arrive Tues 12/18 and are staying at the POLY! Got the AWESOME 40% off room rate last March and with arriving the day before the Peak Holiday rates start, we are locked in at off peak rates with 40% off on top of that! SCORE  (too bad that goes away for 2008 :sad2: )
We check out on Fri 12/28 so we hope to do all the rides we can the first 4-5 days and then focus on relaxing/taking it all in when the crowds start arriving.

Christmas Eve => Epcot during the day / 1900 Park Fare @ 5:00pm / AK late night
Christmas Day => Maybe AK early / Spirit of Aloha X-Mas Dinner @ 5:15pm / Epcot late night
