I've used the same theory as Rhonda. If carbs are bad for me, then I just don't eat them in mass quantities, therefore I don't have a need to use carb blockers.
Are you thinking of using them just when you want a treat or are you thinking about using them as part of a regular low-carb way of eating?
Like Rhonda, when I "cheat", I just super-behave for a few days and I'm fine. I visited my favorite Japanese restaurant with DD Sat and couldn't pass up the great sushi. This might not work for everyone, but it does for me.
LOL I know it! One would think that I would be missing my COKE and candies, but no! It is the rice, and bread that I miss the most! I LOVE LOVE LOVE rice. I think I could eat it everyday! That is what I miss the most BUT it is worth it.
