I don't think there are any codes out right now... I'm looking for one too because I want to buy DD a matching nightgown and slippers that her Bitty Baby Twin has. I'll post if I find one.
BTW, QVC has American Girl shows on 7/26. Not sure what you're buying, but they sell dolls bundled with clothes for a decent price.
