My husband loves to eat...and so do I. But I can't eat very much at any one time. I love to try as much as possible, but I rarely eat more than half of anything on my plate. My husband will eat appetizer, entree, dessert, and sometimes whatever is left on my plate.

I love the food at Disney. I don't want to miss out on trying anything. But at the same time, I hate to waste money on food that I know I won't be able to finish. Any advise?

yep, share!

I can only eat tiny amounts at a time, sometimes only a spoonful... sharing works out best most times.

I also have IBS and just returned from a trip in Dec. with the dining plan. I found that as long as I stayed away from lots of cheese (or any dairy, actually), fried foods, etc. I was fine.

Perhaps you and DH could share. You can do this at any meal as long as it is not all you can eat or buffet. I have IBS as well and simply did as above poster and took Zantac in AM and in Afternoon. I fortunately did not have any problems in Sept. Will do the same in Feb. :sunny:

Wherever I go, Imodium goes with me. Long trips I have Maalox along as well. But, I try and stay away from fatty foods and dairy as well. Plus, I also found that excessive amounts of carbs can be a no-no for me.

Never been to Disney myself, but I have been to FL before. Once, I was a complete mess for about 4 days. Another time, I had a slight problem for a couple of hours and that was it. Never know what the trigger is unfortunately.
