I would like to go to WDW sometime next year with DBF and I want to stay at a monorail resort...so can you please help me with the cheapest way to stay there and tickets...i.e. 7 days, only going M-Th...those types of things....TIA

Off-season, rates are the least expensive for any hotel for the year (aka value season). I'm not sure the specific times for that, but I think you can look that up somewhere.

You can try to rent DVC points to stay at Bay Lake Towers, easy access to the monorail. If you do that, points are cheapest on Sunday through Thursday night. Friday/Saturday nights cost a heck of a lot more points and thus money to rent them. Value season of course would be the cheapest while peak season will cost you the most points. There is no DVC at Poly or Grand Floridian and thus you cannot use this option.

Tix--I have heard of folks getting discounts through AAA, not sure if it warrants a membership though (as in spending hte money to save money).

I already got a pin for 40% off Deluxe for select dates through November 2010. So they may be offering them to the general public early next year. Apply for the Disney Vacation dvd on the Disney site and you may get the special pincode offers emailed to you too. It's really luck of the draw, but it increases your chances by signing up.
