Hi, long story, but due to an error with CRO, instead of adding a day to our reservation at the CR like I requested, they created a whole new reservation for one day. So, now we have a Continuing Reservation.
We're going to have to check out, and then check back in our last day. We may not even get to stay in our original room
But that's OK.
I just have a really bad feeling about this though. It seems, from reading these posts, that if there is any kind of change in someone's reservations, it often turns into a nightmare.
Any advice about what to do when I first check in to prevent this?
