Any 10-16-04 cruisers yet?

I saw a post that someone was on a crusie with 1000 kids. I would love to know if ours does indeed have that many.

I have the list of who's who but I know that I don't have everyone on it. I will post later today who I have on the list so if you don't see your name, you will need to PM me with your info. (stateroom #, who's going, children's ages, and what state you are from).

I will have copies of the list on board. If you want to set up a meeting time before the sail away party or in the terminal that would be fine to get one. If you want on before we sail, PM me with your email address and I will send it to you.

Wine party on board...... we were going to have it on Sun around 2:30pm but there was a conflict with a "wine tasting class" so I thought we decided to have it on Monday at 2:30pm on deck 7 "secret deck". We all were going to order the cheese plate from room service and bring it to the party and a bottle of wine(s) from your home state/country or your favorite wine.

Now that we are so close, you will see me posting more often. We been having a CRAZY last few weeks with school starting for my dd (kindergarten) and ds (preschool). Plus, I've been having some health issues that I HOPE will be taken care of this week. To top it all off all 3 kids have colds!!! (for those of you who have no idea who I am, we also have a 8mo. old dd).

Ok, it's only 7 AM and I am already waiting for the UPS driver to show up. The Disney Rep said Monday for docs so I am expecting them today!!! Let's see...plans for today...take daughter to school, come home, wait for docs, go shopping...black shoes for cruise, small handbag, come home, wait for docs, pick up daughter from school, come home wait for docs........what else is a girl to do???

Called DCL and was informed that our docs have not been sent yet. Was told to expect them 10 to 14 days prior to departure.
Did ask how many kids but they do not know. Asked what the max of kids per age group of cource they did not know.

All Seasons Travel called me this morning to confirm my address because they're sending our docs out today! She said they're being sent priority mail. At least I know they won't be left on my doorstep by UPS. All Seasons is in FL so it shouldn't take long for them to get here.


MAGICAL TREASURES - Has anyone ordered anything from them yet? I'll probably order something for DS and a bottle of wine for my DM and DSF. I never buy wine. Which one of these would be the sweetest?

Ok, so it's 1:37PM and I still do not have docs. Not very happy. Disney said Monday. I'll try to keep an optimistic outlook. Somebody cheer me up....please!!!

Booked with DVC: I think we got our docs around the same time as everyone else.

Hopefully our docs will arrive soon.

DD will be 2 on Saturday and we are having her party. I think I will let her wear one of her princess dresses.

If you want the sweetest go with the Asti or the White Zin...my mom doesn't like wine but she will drink those two...now if they like wine I'd pick something else.

What a wonderful surprise I got when I came home from work. The UPS person left a small cardborad box about the size of a VCR tape at my front door. I opened it up, and my docs are here!!!!

DH said I should grab my cat and do the doc dance. I scooped my kitty off of the floor, and danced around the living room with her. She had a funny scowl on her face ~ it was either the "my mom finally went totally bonkers" look or the "if you weren't my mom, I would bite you" look.

I hope you are are pleasantly surprised by the UPS driver soon.

I didn't get my docs.

Lava Flows were a drink we had when we ( DH, me, julebobo, and her DH) went to Hawaii for our twenty-fifth anniversaries. I don't know everything that's in them but there is pina colida mix, dark coconut rum along with fresh pineapples and strawberries. Delicious!

A lava flow drink it simple gooooood drinking........a pina colida with strawberry liquor in it........only we add pineapple and banana (fresh) tevagirl can lap up alot of these.......does the ship have blenders so's Bobo can make a few? I can see the empty fruit bar now as we hoard the fresh fruit for our drinks............julebobo

My MIL and BIL (from NY) got their docs yesterday. MIL took my idea about getting my DM & DSF the wine, so I guess I won't be doing that. Now I'm not sure what to do for them.

We will be cruising on the 10/16 Magic too. Just wanted to say hello to you guys. I read some post and see you guys are very well prepared for this trip!! If you book through MS with DVC points can you see your reservation online? We may use DVC points for part or all of our next cruise and I was curious if you can pull up your reservation with your reservation number and phone number like you can if you book directly with DCL.

Being a USPS employee...I'm never too happy to see the UPS guy in our neighborhood, but today he brought me my docs. What a nice, charming fellow! Who knew.
