Another way to make a little extra cash for our Disney funds

I've kind of given up on shared reviews. I just don't really get them, since Nov 15th I haven't had a thing approved hardly. I have about 8-10 sitting there, finally emailed and the guy said they were behind from thanksgiving and approved 2 right away and that was it. Somehow also my approved count is off, I am one short, so had to do another for a payout.

And like someone else had mentioned, my others just disappeared, not pending, not approved, nothing, anywhere.

Has anyone done the max on SR? I am going to do some more today, I'm staying close to DD who is bed w/a stomach thing, so I thought I could get some typed up. I also get a lot of expo viewing done, so watch your pennies grow, my friends!

I had done the max on SR. I have been done with them for a good month. I wish they would raise the cap so I could get more $$$ but oh well.

I am done with my December reviews for Expo. I have been done since Dec. 3 Which is good because since that weekend I haven't had a free week/weekend where I would have been able to do them all.
I really wish they would raise the cap to at least 100 again.
I did all 75 DVD reviews this past month. I still have many, many more I could review so I am hoping they keep the DVD reviews at $5.00. We will see.
If not my son got quite a few video games for Christmas I can review for $5.00, if those stay at $5.00.

I can't wait to see what January will bring.

I'm almost dreading what changes Jan may bring. For all we know, everything but new cars and computers could go down to $2 and they could lower the cap. They seem so fickle lately too. I fixed a video so they could reject it again........ and yesterday, I couldn't get the system to uplaod. Just a black screen and a locked up webpage. I'm nowhere near my goal or the cap for the month. I started out with high hopes of getting them all done but my help wasn't very helpful early on.

I spend most of my energy on expo.. it's quick, it's easy.. and I love it! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything will at least stay the same, if not get better... better payouts, larger cap... all that good stuff.. I also did SR.. I did 5 reviews and after a WHILE, they all got approved and I've got 10 bucks sitting in there.... here's my question on SR - how do I cash out? is it the same as expo? is it automatic? what's the SR cap?

Shared Reviews will just pay you one day. It's a nice surprise - I just got an email one day saying I had $10 deposited to my paypal. I think they pay the following Monday that you have 5 approved, but I might be wrong.

The cap on SR is 75 reviews. Period. Not per month or anything. So just write some up every now and then and get an extra $150.

I have been doing expo since July and I have never heard of shared reviews./...can someone enlighten me??? Thanks!!

No problem - Shared Review is like expo except you type your review. You have to know the product info (model or type) and the price,and they give you a few precreated areas to rate and then you type in your review. You have to type 750 characters - not a problem for me! All reviews are paid $10 for each 5 reviews and I believe they're paid weekly.

Some of my reviews I've done on there are dd's American Girl doll Julie, Double Cross (book) and a few other books, my new dishwasher (sadly only $2 there but I got $10 from expo).

75 forever? Ew.. well I guess that's not terrible..they're really easy to write up while DBF is sleeping!! =)

Hey - I'm just looking at your Black and Decker griddle - that thing is HUGE!! And - I can't believe you gave JA the Movie 5 stars!!

I think I read in someone's post they might raise the max once they are out of the beta stage. As for right now, it's an easy $150.

LOL - I just did the JA review this morning before I left to visit DBF in Jersey... I love me some good potty humor.. but after watching it once, I gave the dvd to my little brother.. LOL

I love that griddle - seriously... it cooks up bacon in no time flat and that grease tray feature makes clean up easier.. although once the fat congeals.. it's pretty gnarly...
If you go $5 reviews only... it's an easy 375 a month!!! I did a few 2's, but I'm lovin the 5's

He'll be happy when he sees that they really do pay you! DH was the same, and I was too, I only did 2 my first month to make sure I got paid. I should get close to $400 in January! I've been paid on the 2nd Thursday of the month, fyi. Welcome to expo!
