Ok, any guesses on which categories are going to be $5 and $10 with their new $2/$5/$10 scale? (as mentioned in the email)

Mermaid86, that is exactly what I was thinking of.. rejections on the $10 vids and by the time you re-do, they will have magically transformed into $2 vids.

Also, I think folks will have a heck of a time uploading before we turn into pumpkins tomorrow at midnight... thus.. just like the last days of July.. we will be sunk.

I do hope things will improve for us.

I have a quick ? for those of you that both you and your hubby/wife do reviews. Do you review the same products and have they been approved. My hubby just started his account today and I wanted to make sure he could review the same items as we are in the same house. his name on expo tv is natebarn

They can (and will) reject a video for that reason. "Product reviewed by another household member" is what they put as reason for the rejection. I got one of those for a product, that in fact my boyfriend DIDN'T do, so they fixed it, but since I know that rejection category is out there, I'm gonna guess you and your husband can't do the same reviews

Oh I wish! I have 28 videos that haven't been approved or rejected and it's been almost 9 days--

I am so afraid that I am going to have some rejected that I am doing 10 extras and uploading them tonight--

I think expo should make an exception to their 'only one member of the household can review a product' rule when it comes to movies currently in theaters since each person pays for their own ticket.

I agree. Two people may have completly different opinions of the movie.

Quick Question for all of the ExpoTV users:
I have done some videos in the pet category that may get rejected for being out of sync. I have redone the videos and have them ready to upload in case the originals are not accepted. Can I upload them again or will they be rejected for having done the item already? Thanks!

You can redo them if your originals end up rejected. They won't consider it done before because the first wasn't approved. That happened to me last month and they accepted all of my redo's.

This is just for fun... I was trying to figure out how to review my puffer fish- but the video became diverted (not to mention the light from my camera blinking on my tank!) and I thought some of ya'll might get a chuckle out of the diversion...

Same here. I uploaded about 12 earlier this afternoon and then just now 3 more with no problems at all. I only hope tomorrow goes as smoothly. So far this month ive had 1 approved. IM not feeling good about this.

I am having a problem......

I preview all of my videos before I upload them. I am viewing some of mine that are uploaded to expo and some are out of sync, pause in the middle or have a strange screeching noise. What gives? It seems that only after uploading this seems to be a problem???

Yep, mine were fine before I uploaded them too. I have no clue what happens in the transfer. I re-reviewed the same items and reuploaded them today so we'll see what happens.

There is no way I can re-record 95 items though! I haven't looked at all of them, but the ones I did look at were all jacked up. I emailed them too.

Luckily, only 8 of my 100 were not synched. Hopefully they'll respond to you fast and have a solution.

The thing that stinks too is they changed the promotion to end 8/22 @ 11:59pm for the baby/kids and sport/outdoor items. That is what 95% of my items are. Oh I am so mad I could spit!

Maybe they won't look like that on their end?
