Sorry. Just trying to get my planning done :).

I know there are several activities for kids such as a campfire, un-birthdayparty and possibly a star-gazing evening. Are these all things that you sign up for right when you arrive, or can you somehow do it in advance of your arrival? We're arriving mid-week so I'm afraid we may miss out on some stuff or they'll be full.

The daily activities can only be signed up on that particular day. You cannot sign up in advanced. Some activities require registration that day (the one's with a fee (marked "F" on the activity list)), while the others are a just show up at that specified time. But, the UnBirthday party does not have a fee and you still have to sign up for it.

Ebb and Flo's (at the pool) opens at 09:00, and usually a small line starts to form around 08:50 to sign up for the day's activities. Get there early enough for the UnBirthday party as that fills up fast.

There are a good number of activities for the children to do (and some for different age groups). Even adults can join some as well!

I can tell you the craft things that they offered last summer.

1. T-shirt painting
2. tile painting 5x5 ceramic tiles
3. plaster-casting (they put sand in a bucket and then dig their hand in the buck, and put little shells, etc. in the finger holes and then they fill it with paster. they let it try for the major of the afternoon. It is nice craft idea to bring home as a momento. This was done in the gazebo right next to the pool. Painting was done in the recreation room next to the weight room.
4. plastic bead jewelry making
These are all fee required. There may be one more.

There are slide races, and all kinds of pool games for no fee.

Hope this helps.
