Another use year/points question

I have an August use year. I have no more points as of now (used them all), but will be getting 225 points on August 1, 2008.

I have a current search with II for October, 2009 requiring 160 points. If a match comes through now, where will they take the points from? Is it my 2008 use year or will they look ahead to the 225 points I will be getting in August, 2009?

October 2009 is in your 2009 UY. My guess is that they'd take points from your 2009 UY with any banked points going first.

You should be able to pick - after all, your 2008 use year points could be banked if MS decides the II points need to come from your 2009 use year.

Call and ask. The CM should be able to note what you want to do on the II request.
