Trust me.. My ability for sudden moves left me a while ago.

But I get why it's special and you want something different for her.

Does she have a play kitchen? Cash register, shopping cart.. now is a good time to introduce that type of pretend play, beyond babies and dress up.
Skip the fakey food, keep a few of your boxes and cans - cleaned and taped . She can play store for hours. I love to have "real " things for kids to use.. they want to be like you , might as well give them the thngs that you use.. but in a safe manner.

oh, if you buy hte fake money for a cahs register.. get it laminated! lasts a lot longer, plus I only gave them a bit at a time. Less to pick up .

Or if you feel adventurous and don't mind the mess.. a paint easel, brushes, apron, etc.

A play kitchen. THAT my friend, is a fantastic idea. She would dig it... and so would Alex. We are going to have to check into that.

Great, I post a question after everyone left the old thread. Anyway, Pix, had a question. Our Wii comes with remote controller, sports game and 3 other current games (have no idea what until I get them I guess). So other than the Wii Fit are there any other Must Get games or accessories?

You will need a another wiimote controller and nunchuck for sure., No fun to play by yourself.

If you buy the Wii Play game it comes with another controller-- makes it a good deal!

They still make holiday barbies? I never had one but I always thought they were too pretty to play with. I remember my friend had one and her mom would not let her play with it. I thought it was insane and a waste of $$ if she couldn't touch it.

Says it comes with a Nunchuck. I can see it, don't know why you can't. It even comes with an old lady wearing khaki pants and two overly exuberant boys cheering her on in the background. At least I'm assuming they come with the game - it doesn't say not Family Not Included in the fine print.

Hubby said to get the new Star Wars game , if he's into Star Wars that is.. you use the wiimote just like a light saber and battle others. watched a commerical thought it was cooooooooooooool myself.

Yes... They ARE to pretty to play with. Thats why they sit on the wall... it will have good company with the doll my mom bought her in the Carribean last year.

They have these new American girl dolls.. They are baby dolls for younger girls, like Mikalahs age.. and they are SPENDY. For a baby doll any how. I dont know if I could do that. Maybe.. But it is just a baby doll!!
