Hi Alison! I'm glad you were able to get the Wii Fit! It's lots of fun. My bf and I went to the mall earlier. We went to Red Lobster for lunch. Our server caused us to have a fit of giggles. I don't know if you guys have seen that one Friends episode where Chandler talks about his worst Thanksgiving. Well when our server walked away, my bf and I looked at each other at the same time and said: "More turkey Mr. Chandler?"

I'm sure I've seen that episode, but it was probably years ago and I can't really remember it. I do remember the episode where one of them was wearing a turkey on their head though.

I had lunch at Red Lobster Saturday. My trip this morning was pretty quick, just went straight to Target and back home. This morning was cold...we finally had our first freezing weather. Was a bit icy going down the hill, but once I got on the freeway it was 36-38 degrees.

I am eating my left over meat loaf sandwich from lunch.. Im not hungry... but I havent been eating much lately. Hard to believe, I know! But I can only get about a third of the way through a meal before I am DONE. I dont want to start loosing weight again. Who would have thought I would ever say THAT!!!

I'm making mac and cheese for dinner and the muffins I am baking so I can have something to bring to work for breakfast.

Sorry.. I was talking to my mother. We were griping about things that are really none of our business.. Then she said that I should come over and pack up her stuff for her. I said NO WAY. Then I told her that she should come over and watch my kids for an hour so I dont kill them.. and she said no. So I am thinking I will poison her Turkey.

Last year my mom gave me a Braun band multi-quick handblender. It's awesome and I love it. It's great for mixing muffin and cake batter and easy to clean up. I think she got it at Costco.

Oh... and my meatloaf is better. Why do i order stuff that I can easily make myself? We went out for Italian last night, and I got spaghetti. I only like MY spaghetti. Everyone else's blows. Why do I do that???

I told her not to mess with me. Im not a pleasant person right now. I would probably miss and poison my husband. And I actually like him. Most of the time.

I was going to say something smart alec about that also. Personally I prefer blueberries in my muffins.

I have one of those, except not Braun. I like the chopper attachment-- quick and easy to chop up nuts or make bread crumbs without hauling out a big ole blender.
It also works great for making smoothies
Actually, I don't even own a blender. I think it died and we just never replaced it. Not like I used it much.

I've been hanging out with hubby all day. He was nice and patient while I wandered CJBanks trying to spend my $10 coupon.. but then he started making odd suggestions and I wanted to cluck him one. he finally wandered to the bookstore to let me browse. Walks back in and the saleslady said "might as well get comfortable , you're going to be here all night while she shops"


He heaved a big ole sigh and found the "man chair" to wait for me

My husband just loves to go shopping with me. Especially clothes shopping. When we went to the maternity store.. There was a gamestop next door. He went in there, and then waited in the car until I was done.
