Another towncar tipping question

Hi,
I am booked with Happy limo for our trip this Saturday and I read on their site that they automatically charge you for a tip. It's 20% in town, and $10 each way for out of town.
So is disney out of town? I am assuming it is.
Then I am tipping $10 each way already, would you tip more?!

Depends on the service received. If the driver was especially helpful and friendly, then yes, I would tip a bit more. If the driver was rather cool and let me load my own luggage, no way!

Everyone has their own way of tipping, but for me, if they include the tip in their charge, I wouldn't tip more unless I felt the driver went way above and beyond the call of duty!


If the driver made me load my own luggage, I'd be asking for a refund on the included tip! That's just basic service to me.
