Another ticket question, sorry.

I thought there was a thread somewhere that had info about park tickets but I can not find it. Sorry. So here is my question: I am looking to buy a 9 day park hopper with water park and more. Can someone explain this ticket to me? I thought I knew how it worked but I'm not sure.

A nine day ticket with PH and WPF&M works as follows.

Within 14 days of the first use of the ticket, you're entitled to:
- Nine calendar days during which you can hop between all four theme parks
- Nine visits/entries to the "Fun" locations - water parks, mini-golf, DisneyQuest, etc

Your "Fun" visits can be used on days that you use a theme park entry, or they can be used on separate days, as long as you're still within the 14 day window that the ticket is valid. Using a park day OR a "Fun" visit starts that time period.

I'm thinking of buying a 9 day with hopper and water/more. So if I go to the four theme parks for 3 days then to a water park on the 4th and then the four parks for 6 days I should be all set? That is actually 10 days total!?

It's 10 days total, but you would only be in the theme parks for 9 of those days, which is what the 9 day park hopper entitles you to.

It's a yes, your list is 9 theme park days and a 9 day ticket will get you into the park all 9 days.

This may not be something you care to consider but we usually go a water park at opening 10 am and then leave after 4 hours. We return to the hotel and shower and then go to a regular park until closing. I'm sure you know there are two water parks. The ticket you may by entitles you to a lot of stuff. It's your decision but it seems you are wasting a lot of water park and more days. Are you going to actually use the hoppers ? You can always upgrade later at the parks if you decide to hop. If not maybe just buy a 9 day ticket and pay for the one water park entry when you go. Doing as I suggest you save $62.00 each on an adult ticket.

Something else to know. You can use more than one water park ticket each day. If you wanted to pack a lot into the water park day you could say open Blizzard Beach at 10. Then in a few hours you can leave and go to Typhoon Lagoon until closing at 5. Then head over to Disney Quest for the evening. That would use three water park and fun tickets. Which is okay unlike the regular park tickets where they require you buy the hopper option if you want to go to another park on the same day.
