I am having so many problems with SW. First was fighting them to apply rewards for the flight last year, which I eventually gave up on getting. But now, my problem is they charged my credit card a wrong amount. I booked a one way flight yesterday and bought the EBCI for 7 tickets. Last night the charges showed up on my credit card and there were 11 charges of $10 instead of 7. We called them and were told we needed to call another number and they are only in Monday thru Friday. Of course because of the prior incident I'm afraid they are not going to take care of this mistake. Has anyone ever had this happen and SW corrected their mistake. Thanks for any advice.
