Hi,

I know that the DDP generally frowns on substitutions, however this one would certainly work out in their financial favor-
Any chance one could order an appetizer instead of an entree? I know that often my mom will choose that when we go out to eat.

Thanks!

I would like to know too. My DD 13 has been looking at the menus and prefers a couple of the appetizers to the entries. Has anyone done this??

I have read several cases where substituting an appetizer for an entree is allowed.

it is deffo allowed, well, it was where i worked anyway. There is a button on the POS system that u hit when u ring it in which lets the system know to charge the appetizer as an entree entitlement

Some if not all restaurants allow this...but be aware, if you are not on free dining you are substantially reducing the value of the plan by this substitution.
