Another Straight Talk Question

We recently purchased this for our son with the unlimited plan (talk, text and data). The phone works fine except we cannot get the internet to connect. What am I missing? We have tried going by the instructions in the manual and online, but we can't get it to connect. Any tips? thanks

call customer service - they will set up the phone for internet...had same issue with my wife's phone.
