Another store closing????

What the heck is going on?? It was bad enough to hear that A Time for Memories is closing the end of July, but now it seems that Colorful Creations in Hyannis on the Cape (MA) is closing the end of July also. That was THE BEST store I have ever seen. I am so sad about it all. Will the store in Attleboro (Right at Home) be next?? And that will be it for the 3 stores I would go to.

So sad, all the independent stores in my area are long gone and have been for about 4 years!

All of our LSS stores have been gone for a while. I think it is hard for them to compete with the big chains not to mention so many people shopping on-line. Before our LSS closed, the owner said she made more money on her on-line store and that is what kept her afloat for the time she was open. Sad : ( We were just in Hyannis on the Cape, wish I would have known to visit that store (or maybe it is better I didn't). While there we ate at a restaurant called Dockside! Great food!!

Oh my GOSh! I usually hit that store about once a summer with DSIL! I'm so sad. That was the BEST scrapping store I have ever seen! Maybe I'll try and head over during July 4th vacation.
