Another Rude Person Vent!

DH went to the grocery store this afternoon to pick up some fish filets that were on sale. He spoke to another man while they were waiting by the seafood display, and the other person was dissappointed that DH had picked up the last package of filets, but then he moved on. DH says he turned around to another aisle for a moment to pick something up, and when he came back to the cart, his fish was gone, and so was the other man!

He said he had never had anything like that happen to him, and for a moment was dumbfounded....

Yes he did see the other customer later in the store, and he looked,......his package of fish was in the other cart.

Luckily DH was able to get another pack of filets out of the warehouse, by inquiring with the store manager.

Same thing happened to me once, a very elderly lady walked by my cart, lifted some cheese and kept walking. I was so dumfounded (I was a few feet away) all I could do was laugh! I figured maybe she was too tired to walk to the cheese aisle!! I think I would have confronted the fish man.

The same thing happened to me at ToysRUs the day after Thanksgiving. I must have had a "coveted" item in my cart because when I left the cart outside the restroom for a couple of minutes, my GameBoy Advance was missing from the cart. I was really mad! I guess I should be glad that it hadn't already been paid for.

I could understand if it was the last item in the store and there was a food shortage!
