Kayla, that happened to me last year, it's so annoying. I didn't turn the computer off though... I brought up task manager and deleted everything then it worked...

Hmm.
There was around 2 open then in a matter of 2 seconds there was 18.
I tried hurrying up and exiting out of them, but they just kept coming.
At one point a couple months ago I had 48 up before I just turned my computer off.

My mom keeps telling me to redo my whole computer since I have so much old stuff on here, that I can't figure out how to delete besides redoing it, so I'll just do that later.
