I got a quote from dreams unlimited and it was including the AAA discount, now I was under the impression that CAA was honored in the same way. Is that correct? Has anyone used their CAA card to receive a discount in the States? Thanks!!

I use mine all the time at universal for discounts in the restaurants and shops. Never had a problem.

Yes, I use mine all the time at hotels to get room discounts, although they rarely ever ask to see the card when I say that I have one.

I used my CAA card for my first reservation for POP (15% discount) and was asked for the number and expirey date! (I have since changed to a room-only code.) I thought it sounded like I had a newbie reservationist.

I think you should be prepared either way and definitely make sure you bring it with you as you will need to show it at check-in.
