Feel like all im doing is asking questions at the moment!!

Im just curious about the toast - our EM said about using the sparkling cider for the toast as so many of our families would not drink the champagne. Im just curious as to what it tastes like? We dont have it over here??

We used sparkling cider for our toast (we don't drink). It is quite tasty--sort of like carbonated apple cider with a kick to it. Plus, it is somewhat similar in color to champagne.

Oops, you're right, I meant carbonated apple juice, not grape juice!

We had both available as 1/2 our guests don't drink, so we bought a bottle of the sparkling cider to go along with the champagne. I didn't taste it but those who did said it was good.

We sampled both before the wedding (Champagne and Cider) both are very nice
And not to sweet……but considering neither of our families are big Champagne people we took the opportunity to save some money and cut it out. People will toast with whatever is in their hand.

I think it is like Shloer. My bridesmaids and guests under 21 had this. They all drank it, so it must have been good. It looks just like champagne.

You can also do the toast with whatever they are drinking...it is a lot cheaper and a little easier since a lot of people don't like champagne.

i think we had the sparkling cider. i didn't care for it at all. i'm not a champagne person and not a sparkling cider person either.

we didn't do champagne (we hate the taste of it), we used Martini & Rossi sparkling white wine, and it was YUMMY! We used the sparkling cider for our underage guests.
