Another question to you computer gurus

Any help would be much appreciated, I have read and reread all the FAQ's on this site and even emailed someone at the site. I simply cannot figure out how to post a photo at the bottom of my posts...........it's driving me nuts! There has got to be an easy way since so many posts have them. So can I be helped PLEASE....Thank you.
