When you fill out the form, it allows you to enter an email address. Did you get a confirmation or something sent to that email address to let you know they have received your information?

Yes, you get a personal response confirmation to your Diamond Lane submission. I asked for specific units and had some issues with ground floor suites. I received an email from someone at Diamond Lane with confirmation and said what they could do to comply with my requests.
