We are staying in Orlando the night before our arrival at Disney.
Our hotel is next to Universal. (Sleep Inn Suites Universal)
We plan on being up and ready to go around 7 am, but then also taking advantage of the free breakfast (we have 5 kids -- enough said).
Then we head to FW cabins.

We got the UPH with the Kids stay and play free pkg., so our passes will be at FW.
Most likely we will not be able to check in to the cabin until later, though anything is possible.
We plan on using on-site transpo when we are there, as we have an annoyingly huge extended van that we would rather just leave parked.

What's the earliest you think we can get to a park?

DisneyMom5,
I'm not sure if it will be any different because of your package, but we always (almost) arrive early and have always been able to check our bags and then head to the parks. I imagine that they may be able to check you in, get you your passes and be on your way. What I am not sure about is how the new "room ready" policy will affect this. I would call FW and ask what is the earliest time you can either check in or get your passes, or both.
Good Luck and have a magical trip!

Hey - could you tell me about the "new room ready policy" you mentioned?

And have fun when you leave in TWO days!!!

I don't know about the "room ready" policy, but there was a room open at CBR when we arrived just before 10:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving day and the took us right there. It was great!

One of the parks will be open at 8:00 a.m. for EMH, but you'll need to check which one is open on the day you arrive. All of the others will open at 9:00 a.m.
