Another Palo and Dinig Rotation Question

O.K. I'm starting to think about making Palo reservations for our trip. We're on the 4 day Wonder and I don't know what day to miss for Palo's. We have small children so Amimator's Palate is out. What would you recommend? I'm not even sure what rotation we'd get!!! I know I'll find out when we check in, but I'm just not sure about which night to miss, personally I don't want to miss any!!! HELP!!!

Your final night will be a repeat of the restaurant you ate in your first night, so you don't have to miss any of the restaurants. The final night is the most popular for Palo, though, so line up early for reservations if you decide that's the night you want.
