I listed a lot of things and two sold....collectible dolls, where I forgot to change the shipping. It did clearly state in the ad $8.50 shipping ...in large letters not hidden. However the other part lists $5.50. I send corrected invoices AND emails and no response, they both paid the $5.50 for porcelain dolls they paid $35 and $55 for with no insurance (that's listed as optional). I guess I need to just go ahead and send them, right? I don't feel comfortable without insurance though I packed it well (that'll add even more postage). I have had that happen to me once and I paid the extra postage. So frustrating, but I won't make that mistake again.

well, I would send them to them but add insurance for my own prin case you need to send them back mopney in case the ithem broke, you will not be out entirely. Sometimess we make mistakes and we ahve to live with them. But I'm betting that you check your auction listings more carefully after this.
