Another Newbie

Hi!! Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. I've been lurking for a long time and posted a couple of times. I thought I would finally join and say hello.

You all are so nice!! I've really enjoyed some of your trippies and the advice that was given.

About myself: I'm getting married December 13 at home in Ohio- then we are off to Disney World for our disneymoon! We'll be there for Christmas, and we are both super excited about it. We have reservations at California Grill Christmas night. We're also going to V&A on our arrival day. (We get in VERY early in the morning- we leave Ohio at 5:35 am on a direct flight...Yikes!)

This is my first trip back to WDW since 01' and FH's first time since 1991 (poor FH- every vacation he brings it up. Now we're finally going!!) FH and I have been together 5 years and engaged for about 19 months now.

Anyway, thanks for being such a nice and welcoming community!
PS: I'll submit engagement pictures on the POTD Bride to Be thread as soon as I finish class (working on my MPA/JD currently. not recommended at all).

Thank you!! So I got in a little late on the engagement pics at the POTD post- so I'll post a few here.

My FH and I met during undergrad. He was actually in graduate school when we met; I was only a sophomore. I always joke that he robbed the cradle, but We're college sweethearts FH proposed at our alma mater at the spot where we first met. He then took me to all the places in the city that were special to us. THEN he arranged with his mom to throw us a surprise engagement party after.

The engagements pictures were taken at our Alma Mater- extra points if you can guess our alma mater!!

A very long time. I'm doing an MPA/JD combined- it doesn't save you time. In total, it will take me 5 years. This is my first year, and I'm working on the MPA component right now.
