my oldest (film student) took an interest in it when 'the disaster artist' came out so i decided to order something from tommy's website. it was a nightmare of b.s about how the credit card charging (and re-charging) was done, shipping promises and failures...as a result my oldest ended up with a very belated christmas gift BUT was much more enamored with the personalized (to me) multiple grossly fawning apologetic personally handwritten headshot photos tommy included with the order (i had put them on our dart board but oldest snagged them to save)
Beyond the Valley of the Dolls was probably trashier than the original. It was a sequel in name only and had nothing to with the first one. A smorgasbord of 60s kitsch with some classic lines. Bargain basement exploitation.

Nothing in your comment surprises me with everything I've read about Wiseau. Several of my film students have taken a perverse interest in the film and I've found that it's a very useful tool in teaching them how NOT to make a movie.
Sucker Punch - Apparently a lot of people don't like this movie for some reason but I really enjoyed it. I also feel like a lot of people misunderstand the themes and plot but oh well.
It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World - Since it was brought up in one of the other threads that they didn't like it, I really enjoy this one and quite an all-star cast for the era.
Rat Race - Another wacky wacky film with some insane comedy bits
Well, since Porky's was already mentioned, I'll have to go with Animal House. Guess I like that funky mentality in my "pure fun and laughs" movies. Pure guilty pleasure movies.
