Another Magical Express queston

We're planning a trip towards the end of September (DH, DS, DS' friend and myself) but my other son might go with us but won't know till last minute. We're using Magical Express to get to the hotel. If he decides last minute to go with us and I don't call to have him added can I just show up at the desk at the airport and see if they will let him on the bus with us?

If not, I'll just have him walk. A good stretch of the legs

Why not add him now? That way you will have the luggage tags if he decides to come. If he doesn't come you can tell them at the check in counter that the number has changed.

If I don't add him and then just show up at the desk with him will they take him on the bus or not?

Yes they will still take him. But by adding him ahead of time you will have the luggage tag so you don't have to deal with his luggage until it shows up in your room. You can describe the luggage and give them your baggage claim ticket at the counter and they will retrieve it. But by having it on in the first place the luggage never hits the luggage carousel.

Since it is free why not add him ahead of time?
