Another ITunes question. Song missing from library

My daughter purchased a song, and it is missing from her library. I can pull it up and see where it was paid for in her account, but can't get it to pull up in her library to transfer to her IPod. Any suggestions?? TIA

Check in the "download" file folder - sometimes if you turn off Itunes or disconnect before the song is through downloading it won't show up in your library until you finish the download. Also look in the "Purchased" folder - same thing. I've also gone to purchase a song that I already purchased and it will either tell me I've already purchased it or it will complete the download. HTH!

Anyone tried to transfer iTunes library from one computer to another?
Unfortunately our desktop is 10 years old and we were poorly advised that adding memory would speed things up on it--wrong.
We have attempted to transfer the library thru our iPods and through USB drives. 1/2-3/4 has transferred, but not all--I have not done an item by item audit to determine what didn't transfer yet.
Anyone have this problem? Any solutions?
