Another idiot newbie question

My DW and I are starting to think about DVC. I have a simple question. If you are staying at a DVC resort, can you use Mickey's Magical Express?

there is on the DVC member site - a form to fill out online. So it is definitely easy.

Yup, You can also just call member services & schedule as well.
