Another HUNDRED DAYS!

Hi everyone. I'm still on track this week, and this is day 40, which I will finish out cheat free since I still have 23 flex points left this week, and I have no plans for any more eating tonight. Only 60 more days!!!!!!

Cam and Dona- you guys are over halfway there!!!! :cool1: That is so awesome!!!!!

Hi everyone-
I have been staying pretty much on track..We have had alot going on in my family the past 3 weeks and i havent been able to post on here much..Ill figure out what day i am on later, just wanted you guys to know im still here!

Woo hoo! I have reached my first milestone! I am at 10/100 cheatfree days! Never thought I'd get so excited to see my name in color on the first page, lol! ;)

I am at 54/100. I had some problems yesterday and it was a really bad day. Today isn'ts tarting out any better but I am handling it a little better since I have already walked today.

Keep up the good work everyone.

Tasha & Jana -- Congrats on being a new color on page 1!!!! I think the first 10 days are the hardest, as we try to change old habits and we are still close enough to the start to think we could always start over. So glad to know you guys hit that milestone! :thumbsup2

Dona -- Isn't it great to be more than 50% of the way there? YEAH!!!

Hey, Kathy -- Congrats on 40 days! That is awesome! Keep up the great work! :cheer2:

Jen -- So glad to hear you are staying on track. I know things have been really rough for your family since the accident. I have been thinking of all of you and of that firefighter and his family. Be well, kiddo and take good care of yourself.

I am 52 days cheat-free and I feel like the past 2 days have been very controlled, so that's good. I have re-committed to WW and I am really going to try to cut-back on dining out and late night snacking. I am also, slowly, breaking myself of my late-night carb addiction. I have now gone 2 nights without eating pretzels or fat free chips after dinner. I have even forbidden myself any kind of sweet snack for now, since I am a bit compulsive about eating something salty after eating something sweet. Really trying to break those habits/cycles. I have 65 days until I leave for California and I am determined to lose these 12.4 pounds to get to that mini-goal! It would, of course, be nice to lose a bit more than that so I'll have a cushion for good food out there, but I am really, really determined to lose 12.4. Can you guys keep me hyped about that?
Thanks, everyone! I really, really appreciate your support here. I couldn't do it without you all being on this journey with me! :grouphug:

I'm in, late starter here, but it's been stressful around these parts.

No more eating at work. Period. I work at Quizno's and there is so much yummy stuff and freeness....NO MORE!

Tomorrow=Day 1.

Welcome, Twinkles6892!! :welcome:
Great picture!

BTW, I am at 53/100. It is 9:00 and I am stuffed. I still have at least 6 daily points left and the 2 APs I earned at the gym. So, I know that even if I have a snack, I won't go over APs.

Today I got back on track and finished day 11! It was really hard because I wanted chocolate for some reason. Oh well, I made it. I used 26 points but earned 3 activity points so I'm good to go!

11 down, 89 to go!
Thanks!
jana

I am finished day 41, and half way through this week. I only have 8 flex points left for the next 2 days. I haven't been able to walk the last 2 days because of thunderstorms, so hopefully today will be better. Then I can earn a few aps.

Hey Cam- You can do it!!!!!!!! What a great goal- the DL half marathon. :cheer2: :cool1:  WW does work. It's sticking to it that can be so hard. Late night eating is one of my downfalls too. I do need to leave a few points for a snack at night though, or I tend to go on a binge. Good Luck. Hang in there. It is sooooo worth it. :cool1:  :cheer2:

Thanks, Kathy! Hi, Jana! So glad you guys are doing well.

Last night I only had 2 additional points after posting. It was a delicious pina colada sorbet in a mini pineapple half. It was delicious. Of course, after I was done it I immediately wanted pretzels. But, guess what?? I did it! I persuaded myself NOT to eat another bite! Not even one pretzel! I was thinking of you guys and how supportive you are and I wanted to be able to post that I avoided late night snacking for the 3rd night in a row AND that I was able to eat a little something and not set off my carb binging compulsion. Thank you! :lovestruc

Congrats Cam on not setting off that binge. It can be hard to do but you did it.

I just finished 55 days. I hope that I can finish this challenge before I go back to school Sept 1st.

I'm not having the best day. I just finished my last 11 points for the day on cheesits and rice crispy treats, and haven't had dinner yet. I don't know why I did that- maybe TOM helped. I got out of work on time and walked to earn 2 extra points, but I just couldn't stop eating. I still have 5 flex points left for today and tomorrow, but want to save some for tomorrow because we are going to Water Country for the day, and figured I'd need them there. I'm going to have a salad with turkey-2 points worth for dinner, and hopefully that's it for today.
Now I bought the cheezits and rice crispy treats to bring to water country tomorrow, for the kids, but I had to try them. :guilty: I think I'll put them in my car trunk now and then I won't eat them later. Plus I have to weighin tomorrow morning. I'm having a huge glass of water now and will have 1-2 more before bed. Maybe I can flush out all those calories I consumed.
Officially I haven't cheated, but tomorrow will be the big test.
Hope you all are having a great day. I'll be back later.

Kathy, How are you doing, kiddo? :cheer2:

I finished 54 days yesterday and also went 4 nights in a row without late night carb binging. YEAH!
Heading in to a difficult weekend. I hope everyone will keep posting here and I will update as frequently as I can. Keep up the good work, everyone! :thumbsup2

I am back on track! :thumbsup2 I weighed in and was down 1.2 which I was thrilled with considering my vacation and just my day yesterday, I would have been happy to stay the same. After I posted last night, I followed through with my plan, and am in a good frame of mind today, and my 26 points seems like plenty.

Hope everyone is doing great.

Cam- thanks for the support once again. 4 nights without late night carbs! :thumbsup2 Way to go! :cheer2: Good luck this weekend. You can do it!!  DL is in your future.

Yesterday I finished day 12! I did use both activity points that I earned, but I have not used any flex points yet. :) I'm headed out of town again this weekend. Two friends and I are headed to Chicago for shopping and "Wicked." Wish me luck as I eat out all weekend. I saved my flex points on purpose and I'm hoping that the hotel has a workout room. I'm sure I'll be fine.

12 down, 88 to go!
Thanks!
jana

Hello there. How's everyone's weekend going? Hope all is well. I did not have a cheat free day today, so I'm still 44/100. I was working 12 hours, and had an incident with a huge bowl of pistachios, and lost count and have no idea how many points worth I ate, soooooo no more pistachios for me, and back on track tomorrow. Back on track right now actually, but it is really so much easier to stay cheat free when I am asleep. Good night.

My weekend was not very good so I am stuck at 57 days.I am getting back on track today (I started yesterday afternoon when I didn't eat anything after I got home from a barbeque) Hope everyone else is keeping up and moving along.

Only a few more days till I hit 60. Where is everyone else?

Hi, guys! After a very difficult weekend, I am at 56 days.
What I did right -- Friday breakfast was light, lunch was turkey on whole wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, onions & peppers, Friday night was light hot dogs and veggies.

Late night Friday night I made nachos for DS and his friend and indulged. That wasn't good, but I had FPs so I didn't go off plan.

Saturday we did 6.12 miles and I arrived home starving and made the mistake of eating 1/2 bagel with light cream cheese instead of protein. When I do carbs after a training session, I tend to then crave them all day. Bad move. I did eat turkey and cheese sub for lunch instead of some of the other less smart options, but I ate wayyy too many chips when I should have stuck to fruit and veggies. AND I had 1 1/2 pcs strawberry shortcake (very thin slices), and a tiny corner of carvel birthday cake. Again, later in the day I succumbed to carb cravings. UGH! So, Saturday was NOT cheat-free.

Yesterday was better with a very nice buffet brunch. I avoided almost everything breaded (had a few calamari rings) and ate NOTHING fried. That was good. But I "tasted" creme brulee and tiramisu. Neither one was really worth throwing off my cheat free challenge, but, well. . . you know how it is. :sad1:

DH is leaving for Vegas today with my best friend for 4 days. I am hoping I can get some training in with a very busy work schedule. I won't get to WW tomorrow night for weigh in, but am hoping to stay very much on track this week so that my ticker will show some progress toward my DL goal. The race is 9 weeks from yesterday! UGH!

Hi everyone. I'm on day 46 and am cheat free the last two days. Today I stayed on program and didn't even want to cheat. I don't really get why on some days, all I want to do is eat junk food all day, and some days I am very satisfied with what I have planned and easily stay in my points range. I guess trying to break that junk food cycle is the key to permanent weight loss.

I'm going camping with a friend and our sons this weekend. She is also doing weight watchers and we are going to plan a healthy menu, except for the smores. But I bought the stuff for smores, and each one will only be 3 points which really surprised me. I should be able to easily budget a couple each night. I really want to stay on track, because saturday will be day 50 for me. That's great motivation.

Have a great cheat free week everyone. :cool1:
