this was our 4th time using SE and as we loved their service. george picked us up on time at orlando international- he waited patiently while our bags were the last
to come off the carousel then proceeded to help us carry as much as he could (we had way too much luggage 
the town car is very clean with the extra leg room in the back- nice ride and conversation on our way to cocoa beach ron jons
we were going on the disney magic the next day & wern't too sure who we should contact to take us to port- george wanted to go to the reservations at the hotel to reserve something for us...but i told him it was okay- we ended up with arts shuttle, and had no problem at all with them
about 2 hours before SE was to pick us up for our return airport run i realized that maybe i should leave for the airport at 12 instead of 1:00- called SE and the lady at customer service was very friendly & said that she would try to rearrange the schedule... she called me back within 10 min and said no problem,george could pick us up early...good thing i did this- Southwest was way backed up
southern elegance surprised us for our return trip with a beautiful white stretch limo- the incredibles were playing on the dvd and there was pop and water chilling for us (nice to be pampered) the limo has i believe 4 or 5 LCD screens, changing neon lights and a beautiful bar! ( i could get very use to this
