It's a topper of the porch atop the exhibition hall on Main Street USA....as you enter the MK...it's on you're immediate right !

When I saw the first picture, I was sort of thinking it may be a lightning rod, but dismissed it as such with grass behind it, thinking it was on the ground. In fact it is great depth illusion. Very neat.
