Another gluten free thread

I started a thread with a list of probable gluten free items available as snacks.

I noticed many have trail mix listed, but trail mix is a food that I'm never sure of. Is the trail mix available at WDW gluten free?

I am gluten free but not due to any food allergies or reactions, my husband has celiacs and it's just easier to cook for two than it is for one. Though after a few months, I can say my stomach is not happy if I eat something with wheat/gluten.
