i'm Canadian as well and I don't know 'for sure' but I don't think so. when I was at a Canadian Disney store they told me their cards could not be used at wdw, only Disney stores in Canada.
I live in an are fairly close to the border so I can day trip if I so wish. its roughly an hour to get there and I will do this every other month or so. that's the only reason I was able to get some.
