Another FP+ Question - What about big groups ?

We have Annual Passes waiting for us at will call for our trip in 32 days. We are meeting another 20 people down there during this trip, half of whom will not be buying tickets until they arrive (and thus cannot FP early). We've gotten everyone linked on MDE (OMG what a nightmare), but obviously until everyone has tickets, we can't do any Fast Passing for those who are waiting.

Knowing how large unwieldy groups work, there are likely only going to be a few days where we all want to ride the same thing at the same time, and those probably won't be decided until the day of.

My question is this: If I make FP+ selections for my group, will I be able to then change them to match what the rest of my group might want to do once we are down there ? Can that be done from the mobile app, or just a desktop ?

Appreciate the help. I'm probably obsessing way more than I should about how this process works, but this is our first trip under the new system, and it's a little disconcerting to have our "routine" of the last 10 years change while trying to handle our biggest group in years.

Change all you want, I would just think of yourself to start with what rides you choose. They might not get any FP+ for certain rides like dwarves mine train or possibly not remotely together. FP+ account for 3 rides of a 8/12/15 hour park day.

If it were me people would split up for FP+ And we would have a general schedule for the whole group so people could meet up and leave during the day as they wanted or as they had FP+.
