Another Ebay question Tracking sales

Okay this past month is really the first time I got serious selling on Ebay. All the money I made was used for the following:

Disney Vacation
Pay Ebay fees


So I would like to start tracking how much I am actually making. I know there are fees on ebay, paypal and postage (which the seller is paying) but I want to start tracking what I am actually making.

Does anyone do this and how do you do it.

I have a little notebook I use that in little columns I have the date/item/sold price/fees (both ebay and paypal)/ shipping/ grand total and completed/feedback


The profits dont look near as good once all those are taken out...

you can use execl and set up a sheet with the percantages you are paying and will give you the profit automatically.
ie paid sold -%ebay cahrges -%paypal charges -Shipping = profit
you van enetr formulas in the columns to do the calculations for you
or you can do it the old fashion way
but either way you may not be happy
paypal and ebay fees have gone up a lot
I Sell and buy (not a lot of either ) but I have rune 10-15 auctions at the same time
I can tell the fees have almost doubled if not in the past 4 years
