I created a different spreadsheet from what I've seen posted here. Actually, I created it in 2005 for when we had a group of 14 people going together. I didn't want to have to all stay together and agree what we do 
, so I came up with this so everyone would know the hours of the parks and what was going on when. I bolded the park we were going to be in each day - in case they wanted to meet up with us. 
This spreadsheet doesn't require you to plan out each day - but will give you one reference to go to for all the hours, parades, nighttime entertainment, and any reservations. You can make your decisions as you go - if you don't want to be real structured. I hope this will be of help to some of you. You can download it from mediafire (so you don't have to wait for me to email it to you).
Of course, my family thought I was very anal doing this - but it gave me piece of mind and we used it a lot.
