we've been 4 times in the past 18 months, including Jan 2009 and Sept. 2008; we've been on the Dining Plan & the DxDDP and have eaten at many restaurants. Every single entree we ordered has come with some sort of side dish, as other poster have said - mashed or grilled potatoes, or a rice pilaf, or risotto. Sometimes it's a potato AND another vegetable (like at Kona Cafe, the beef entrees come with the Yukon potatoes & brocollini.) Most of the restaurants start the meals with bread or rolls, often a specialty item (like the bread sticks at Le Cellier, the fresh hot Hawaiian bread & macadamia butter at Kona, french rolls at Le Chefs de France, etc.) So when the Dining Plan says you get an "entree, dessert & drink" it's really a bread serving, an entree which comes on a plate with some veggies, and a dessert.
