Another Bad Dolphin Experience - *UPDATED*

I don't have the answer to the labor dispute, but housekeeping was impeccable last week when we were there. Thank goodness we had no toy snakes, lol. It took me a few days to figure out that one can name the time they can come in and clean. They were ever present it seems no matter what time of day we were in the hallways working diligently.

I was amazed as I am a very light sleeper at how quiet this resort was for being full to capacity, it was like the walls were soundproof-we were on ground level, too. We never heard a single noise until after 8 a.m.-- maybe a shower going on upstairs, then heard nothing again.

It's always disheartening to hear of unpleasant stays, especially on your honeymoon, I'm sorry you experienced this!

I agree that these types of unpleasantries can happen at any WDW resort, we had great housekeeping at CBR but when we moved to YC I would only rate it as fair. They never came until 5:00 pm...give me a break we were dressing to go out to dinner and every time I came to back to the room my beds were still unmade all day. I can have that happen at home for free...lol. Plus when they came at 5:00 I asked the two maids to please come back in an hour...one was sweet and the other glared at me that sent shivers down my back. I still love YC though...
