As an associate on the DVC contract can I get the AP discount?

Help Appreciated.

The limitations published by DVC state that up to eight AP's may be purchased for the member and immediate family living at the same address.

Based on that statement, if you are related to the owner and live at the same address (demonstrated by photo id with address incuded), you should be able to purchase the AP with DVC discount. Since you are not the owner (associates are not listed on the deed), if you live at another address, you may not be able to get the discount.

I agree with the above, if you can in good faith claim you're in the same household, you've got no problems
