Anyone know what Alamo contract ID 11111 and 12345 are from? Are these one of the "forbidden questionable codes"?

No they do not but they are discounting almost $135 off the regular price. Heard about it in work, but no one seems to know where they are from.

Just checked them out myself for our upcoming trip. They don't seem to provide a discount off of the base rate and no extra driver or insurance options. Not sure what they are or who they are targeted for.
