ANOTHER Adventure in Autism (4/15) A Taste of What's to Come...

Looks like a good schedule for the center of that tootsie-roll, Kathy. I am still dreaming of the day that Dh and I can get an adult only trip to WDW. I tried to get LeCellier again for our trip, no go. I will get it next one. Looks good so far. Keep it coming!

Hey Kathy,
If you pick up your race packet from Mike (will have Philadelphia on his name tag too) tell him I said hi! That's my dad!:thumbsup2

*2:30 Arrive for 3pm Couples Aromatherapy Massage at the Grand Floridian Spa. Relax at the spa!

Couples Aromatherapy Massage? Why that? Why not another reflexology treatment :confused3 ?? You know you enjoyed the last one sooooo much :rotfl2:. I can still remember what you said about the last time :rotfl:.

Looks good to me, Kathy.

Billys list looks remarkably like Alexs list. We also took plastic grocery bags for Alex and any accidents that he might have had in his underwear during our park visits. Also for putting rain ponchos and stroller protectors in after the rain finished. Just thought that might help. They did come in handy for our trip since it rained 4 out of 6 park days.

Kathy,
Your lists look pretty good....however I didn't see a few things of importance like
Bagel Dogs
Amish Cheese
Chicken Feet
And the Fry Daddy to cook them all in…

Oh wait these should be on Linnie the Pooh’s list….Sorry

You won't regret that dinner at all....it would be a great date night dinner at WDW. While our girls were fine, I would like to go there next time without the girls! I can't wait to hear about Kona- I want to try it next trip! As for the Crystal Palace- we were so so pleased about the food there. In fact the Asiago cheese pasta was super yummy- so that can be the carb load up your dh wants!

*No set plans after dinner; whatever we feel like doing.

It is really nice at the Poly to sit on the beach and watch the fireworks. You can see them beatifully from there. Also make sure you watch the Water Pageant, I forgot to do that on this past trip. I have picture of the fireworks from Poly on my trip report, if you want to check out how great you can see them from there.

I’m very happy about our ADRs for Kona, Citrico's, and LeCellier. It will be our first time at both Kona and LeCellier, and based upon everything I've read here, I’m really looking forward to those meals! :teeth:

Both Kona and LeCellier are excellent choices. I have been to both and enjoyed them very much. On Sunday if its not too late, you may want to try Ohana for breakfast.. Just a thought..

So, he’ll have to find some kind of pasta dish at the Crystal Palace Friday night and load up on his complex carbs there! Oh well, at least I get to see my Pooh-Bear again! pooh:

I don't think finding carbs there is a problem. I don't remember ever having dinner at Crystal Palace. I had breakfast there and enjoyed it. Of Course I would enjoy anything with my favorite Pooh Bear...Of Course you will let us know how it all was in your trip report though right?

sorry computer locked up and then double posted

I'll change this to respond to your packing list:

Great list...my goodness I thought I packed a lot of stuff.. My problem is though I always forget something, even though I make a list???? I know it doesn't make since.... That's what DH tells me, "How can you make a list and still forget stuff?" :confused3 ME: "Because I forgot to put it on the list, Honey.":rotfl:

Hi Kathy - Great packing list! I'm going to use it as a reference. Especially like the idea for the bells! Our condo will have two entrances (because it's a lock-off) plus two balconies!

I think the child gets her fibre from my post-its :p

Love the packing list :thumbsup2 The only thing I have stashed in my 'must take to WDW drawer' that isn't on your list is ear drops. Tim always ends up with swimmers ear whenever he swims in a pool... last time on holiday we ended up having to visit the doctor. On a cruise ship. All I can say is it's a darn good idea to get health insurance when traveling outside the country :thumbsup2

My DD6 got a severe bladder infection when we were on the DCL when she was about 1 1/2 and they would not take any Insurance. You had to pay the bill. It was pretty reasonable though. We asked and they don't accept any insurance on the DCL, I don't know about any of the other Cruise Lines though. Also when DS10 was 1 we stopped off in Daytona and spent 3 days there before heading off to WDW Poly and in Daytona he spiked a fever of 103.5 and I immediately ran up the street to a doc in the box that we spotted on the way in. They said they could not take him and did not know of a doc open (it was a Sunday) that would so we should take him to the hospital with that high a fever, we did and paid our copay. Then my insurance company rejected it because were in Daytona and it only ended up being an ear infection. I had to fight for a while before they paid it, but they did.

The list looks great! The only extra things you don't have listed that I'm bringing too are bagel dogs :lmao: (just kidding!) hylands motion sickness homeopathic remedy for car, plane, and rides, then ginger trip gum (for plane rides and rides), dd's homeopathic remedies, maybe some rescue remedy for my younger son who might have an anxiety attack on the plane. Arnica montana for bruising and muscle soreness. Cantharis for uti infections. Calms forte for getting them to sleep at night after no doubt, a wind up day. These are mostly my stash of homeopathic remedies.

DisneyMomFanatic: My only concern about Billy sleeping on the pull-out couch is the balcony door. :worried: They do have locks, but he's big enough to simply unlock the door himself. The bells give me reassurance.

Goofster: Nyuck Nyuck Nyuck!!!

ILuvXU: I know that I can never seem to get away from Carbs; I'm sure we'll find plenty; they always find me!!

katdocnorf: We're going to try 'Ohana for the first time in November! Having dinner with the family and planning to "scope out" the Poly! :goodvibes

DisMomAmy: Peace of mind! ;)

Marion: Good idea! Oh what the heck, I can squeeze them in, right?

jcc0621: I see you laughing at me! Told ya I was a pack rat!

ChrisLei: Thanks! We're both getting closer...hurray!!

Who'sYourMickey: I'm glad your kids get relief with homeopathic stuff. Reminds me... I have Ed take extra thiamine supplements before trips and such...mosquitoes love him and the thiamine (Vit B1) somehow makes a person "taste" bad to them...helps to prevent him from getting bit so badly. :thumbsup2

Now I'm getting "bitten" by the sleep-bug! Good night! Thanks to everyone for reading!

Kathy

FUN, fun...can't wait till it's my turn to post my packing list....

Cool that your going to check out several of the ADR's that we're thinking of...Kona Cafe/O'Hana at the Poly and the Crystal Palace can't wait to get your reviews.

Happy Planning! Your getting closer to the great 30 day countdown. :woohoo:

And hey how did you get to get to the Poly before me? JK
