annual power pass ?

Hi,

I am looking at the annual power pass and have a few questions.

is this a valid pass for using with a Annual passholder rate for the HRH.

On the Loews site, I can get a good APH for 5/27-5/31. Even though this is memorial day weekend, it does not appear to be on the black out list for the power pass and I was wondering if I should buy this instead of a regular ap.

Also, how/where do you get the ap before check-in.
