Thank you so much for all the info!If your reservation is a Disney Resort than yes, you should be able to book 7 days in advance. You will also need to have made your park reservations prior to trying to purchase and book LLMP.
You can tell when you are eligible by looking on the MDE app and attempt to purchase a LLMP:
- open MDE app
- on the main screen look for Lightning Lane section and select, 'Purchase'
- select a date on the calendar (from any that are currently available)
- On next page, select a park
- Select 'Lightning Lane Multi Pass for (park)'
- a list of people associated to your MDE will be displayed on the next screen under the 'Not Eligible' section
- look for someone in your travel party and it will say in the print below their name, when they are eligible to book

Just remember, a guest staying at a DVC resort, whether booked on points or cash, is still a Disney deluxe resort guest! Good luck booking your LLs!Thank you so much for all the info!

if you have an AP you will still need theme park reservations even if staying onsite.Thank you! I wasn't sure because the wording about people having to make park reservations was weird. I'm happy the resort stay trumps that!
This is such a frustrating/tedious bug. If you're booking LLs and find that options are better at a park different from the one you've reserved, you have to try to switch your park reservation. I don't understand why being a resort guest doesn't nullify the requirement for a park reservation. Other resort guests don't need them.if you have an AP you will still need theme park reservations even if staying onsite.
Yes, don't remind me! This is so frustrating to me that as a DVC member with an AP staying onsite ALL the time and we still have to make park reservationsif you have an AP you will still need theme park reservations even if staying onsite.
If you have regular date-based tickets then theme park reservations are not needed regardless of where you are staying.
